Held on 18 November 2025 in Istanbul, Salesforce Innovation Day clearly revealed this year’s main theme: the “Agentic Enterprise Era” has officially begun.
AI-powered operating models have now moved beyond the conceptual stage and evolved into structures that deliver real, measurable impact on organizational operations. Across the day’s sessions, discussions focused on the steps for transitioning to agent-based architectures, how data infrastructures must be transformed, and the new operating models that enable sustainable competitive advantage. Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 approach—bringing “human + agent + data” together on one secure platform—served as the overarching framework shaping the event’s narrative.
As a Gold Partner, our main-stage panel with Bonna and Toros Tarım demonstrated how organizations from different industries converge around a shared transformation vision with Salesforce.
Salesforce VP of Emerging Markets, Sinan Erkiner, emphasized in his opening keynote that 2025 is not only a year of accelerated AI investment, but also a turning point where companies are making tangible progress toward the agentic operating model. Erkiner noted that AI agents are no longer tools that simply automate individual tasks; they are becoming a new operational model that shapes how organizations run. At the foundation of this shift are strong integrations, unified data structures, and the readiness of processes for AI.

He highlighted that as organizations unify their data and transition their operations into a holistic architecture, the business value generated from AI increases significantly. Erkiner stated that the combination of Data Cloud – Agentforce – Einstein 1 is redefining productivity across customer experience, financial operations, and beyond. He summarized the most important distinction of the new era with the following remark:
“Business teams are no longer describing problems — they are requesting outcomes.”
This perspective shaped the core theme of all sessions throughout the day.

Transformation Journeys with Bonna and Toros Tarım
On the main stage, Kofana Digital participated alongside two valued customers—each from different industries yet united in the same transformation vision:
Bonna: Director of Operational Transformation & Technology, Nazceren Çeker
Toros Tarım: IT Director, Recep Alagöz
Moderator: İrem Özmen, Head of Sales Management, Kofana Digital
The clearest message of the panel was this:
Although industries differ, organizations share the same transformation trajectory: unifying data, making processes visible, accelerating decision-making with real-time insights, and establishing a strong technology foundation that prepares them for agent-based operating models.
Across these projects, key gains included the standardization of workflows, faster and more consistent team execution, and the formation of a shared work culture built on the same data foundation. Such an environment provides the necessary groundwork for organizations to generate meaningful value from AI and transition smoothly into future Agentforce initiatives.
Nazceren Çeker summed up the transformation mindset with a clear and powerful statement on stage:
“We now move entirely with data. We follow where the data leads us.”
This perspective offered an inspiring and influential outlook for everyone in the room.
