1. Difficulty in Activity Planning

Sales teams were unable to properly plan and assign tasks; activities were carried out on an individual basis. With Salesforce, tasks are now assigned on a team basis, and KPIs are tracked systematically.

2. Lack of Opportunity Tracking

Opportunities were tracked manually, and updates couldn’t be communicated in real time, reducing process visibility. With Salesforce, instant alerts and notifications are sent to sales teams, and all opportunities are now fully trackable and reportable.

The entire sales process was Excel-based, leading to slow data entry and a high risk of human error. By integrating Sales Cloud with the ERP system, Papilon activated digital, real-time, and measurable sales operations.
