The entire sales process was Excel-based, leading to slow data entry and a high risk of human error. By integrating Sales Cloud with the ERP system, Papilon activated digital, real-time, and measurable sales operations.
Manual data transfers frequently resulted in errors, making it difficult to trust the data. With Salesforce, all data is collected in a single centralized pool, enabling easy error detection and interpretation.
Customer information was stored across multiple systems and managed through individual employee access, risking data loss. With Salesforce, all customer data is now centralized, creating a shared corporate memory.
